Cube CFOP Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Cube CFOP for iPhone and iPad and the related pages on leafworkstudio.com.
Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Cube CFOP, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cube CFOP for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with the App Store's own licensed application terms.
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the app, or interfere with its normal operation.
What You Pay
Cube CFOP is a single purchase from the App Store. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no paid tier: every feature described on this site is included.
Updates to the app, including version 7.0, are provided at no additional cost to existing owners.
Prices are set per storefront, may vary by country or region, and may exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Billing and Refunds
All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store, subject to Apple's terms and billing policies.
Refund requests and billing disputes must be submitted directly to Apple. We cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase.
Learning Content
The algorithms, diagrams and guides in Cube CFOP are provided as study material. We work to keep them correct, and the app checks the algorithms you enter yourself, but we do not promise any particular result or solving time from using them.
Your Data
Your algorithms, notes and study progress are yours, stored on your own device. We do not claim any right over them.
Keeping backups is your responsibility. We are not able to recover data lost from your device.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features of Cube CFOP, and we will not remove a feature you paid for without good reason.
Cube CFOP 7.0 requires iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or later. Future versions may require a newer system; the version you already own keeps working on the system it supports.
Trademarks
Rubik's Cube is a trademark of its respective owner. Cube CFOP is an independent study aid for the 3x3 cube and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by that owner.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Cube CFOP is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeafWork Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cube CFOP.
Our total liability for claims relating to Cube CFOP is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.
