If iCloud Sync is enabled, study data is synchronized to your private iCloud container through Apple CloudKit.

When you buy a KanjiMate Premium plan (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime), the transaction is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details; the app receives only your purchase and subscription status used to unlock premium features.

If you contact support, we collect the information you send us, such as your email address and issue details.

We may receive limited diagnostic information (for example crash or performance data) from Apple platforms to improve reliability.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide core learning features, save your progress, and keep data in sync when iCloud Sync is enabled.

We use purchase and subscription status to provide, verify, and restore access to premium features.
