MineX Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using MineX, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MineX for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with the Mac App Store's own licensed application terms.

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the app, or interfere with its normal operation.

What You Pay

MineX is a single purchase from the Mac App Store. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no paid tier — every feature described on this site is included.

Updates to the app, including version 2.0, are provided at no additional cost to existing owners.

Prices are set per storefront, may vary by country or region, and may exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Billing and Refunds

All payments are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store, subject to Apple's terms and billing policies.

Refund requests and billing disputes must be submitted directly to Apple. We cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase.

Game Center

Game Center leaderboards are optional and off until you enable them. Using them means agreeing to Apple's Game Center terms as well as these.

We may remove leaderboard entries that are clearly produced by automation or tampering, so that the boards stay meaningful.

Your Game Data

Your best times, statistics and replay files are yours, stored on your own Mac. We do not claim any right over them.

Keeping backups is your responsibility. We are not able to recover records or replay files lost from your Mac.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of MineX, and we will not remove a feature you paid for without good reason.

MineX requires macOS 14 or later. Future versions may require a newer version of macOS; the version you already own keeps working on the system it supports.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MineX is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeafWork Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MineX.

Our total liability for claims relating to MineX is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.
